3. Beta Program

ZENIX is currently in beta. Features may change, and service availability is not guaranteed. Real money transfers will commence in January 2026.

4. Transfer Services

• We facilitate transfers through our licensed partners
• All transfers are subject to RBI regulations (LRS, TCS, etc.)
• Fees are transparently displayed before you confirm
• Transfer times may vary based on partner processing
• We are not liable for delays caused by third parties

5. Fees and Pricing

• Our fee is 1.5% of the transfer amount during beta
• Additional charges may apply (TCS, partner fees)
• Fees are subject to change with notice
• All fees are clearly disclosed before confirmation

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Not use our service for illegal activities
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

7. Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Violation of RBI regulations
• Using the service for business purposes (personal use only)

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZENIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific transaction.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of [Your City], India.
